The location of this hotel is convenient, close to the Toronto area, and there's a shopping mall just 3 km away.

Really had very comfortable stay for the price. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe double room, plus a microwave, air conditioner and an iron. Great facilities.

Unwelcoming staff!

All the rooms are pet-friendly and a nice size with the kitchenettes and the staff are well-mannered. The setting is perfect and marvellous, really close to the Train Station, and restaurants, stores and the freeway. Also, to get to Airzone you’ll need to walk 15 minutes...

This is a hotel go-to for Oshawa! Everything is great, loved my time here. The venue is placed in a central position close to everything. Moreover, it is next to Oshawa, Toronto and the main streets like here. The staff is cooperative, that's an advantage,.

Our room had a comfy queen bed along with handy amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and a desk - super convenient! The location was top-notch, especially for our participation in a provincial tournament. The surroundings were really pleasant and charming 🌳.

Although the lobby was under renovation and this seemed to make the front desk difficult to work at, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hallway (we were in room 111) smelled like smoke which is enough to turn me off another visit when we go there for hockey. Also, with a couple of hockey teams checking in after their evening games, there was only one person working at the front desk. I asked for some conditioner because my bathroom had none. The person at the desk asked me to wait, she checked in 3 families, then she just reached behind her and grabbed some for me!?

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to theaters, restaurants, and malls. The rooms are always updated and modern, furnished with amenities like a coffee maker and a nice bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful, addressing all my questions.

It was moderately convenient; it was fairly reasonable.

Under construction, with no prior warning or price discount: noise, dust, closed areas. The bathtub had a thick layer of white powder on it. Some programmes had been stopped (e.g., kids were supposed to get 'free frozen treats,' but they had apparently stopped doing that months earlier without changing their literature).

we enjoyed having one of the newly renovated rooms- it was beautiful and very comfortable

we would have liked to have known ahead of time that the hotel was under extensive renovations. Also would have liked if the pool was open later for adults

there were outside lights on the building the shined into the room windows. you couldnt shut the curtains to block it out.
